4.3 Transaction Cancellation and Rejection

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earning a ৳1,000 bonus gives a total balance of ৳2,000, and ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; expired bonuses will be considered void.
• Bonus funds may be used to play, but may not be withdrawn before wagering is complete.
• If multiple bonuses are claimed from the same person, device, or IP address, the bonuses on those accounts will be cancelled.
• A minimum deposit of ৳500 via the specified payment method is required to be eligible for a bonus.

6.1 Betting Limits

6.2 Result Disputes

If there is a disagreement about a game result or bet calculation, the user must contact support within 72 hours of the result being published. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a server issue or other technical error occurs during a game or betting session, 29bet reserves the right to cancel that round or bet, and stakes will be returned where applicable. In cases of inconsistent results or display errors, the data stored on the server will be considered final.

Engaging in any of the following activities is strictly prohibited on this site:

• Creating an account using false information or concealing one's identity.
• Attempting to claim bonuses or promotional benefits by creating multiple accounts.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets or play games.
• Misconduct, threats, or harassment towards other users or 29bet staff.
